FAQ 15 - Buying Direct from Sigma

Buying directly from us, the manufacturer saves you money and gives you a better quality product and service.

We are not buffered from our customers by our integrators, and so all support and post sales activities go back to us, the manufacturer of the product, so we can have an accurate idea of how our products are performing in the market. This allows us to immediately respond to issues, suggestions or concerns and creates a strong cycle of improvement through constant iterative refinement.

This is also why we don't call our integrators resellers or distributors. They don't just resell our products but properly integrate them into their products. Similarly our system integrators don't chase margins but motion performance.
