Upgrade Anytime Program
The Upgrade Anytime Program allows existing customers with DK2 or DK2+ to receive a trade in credit for their purchase of newer DK2+ or DK6+ motion systems.
You trade in credit is determined based on the number of weeks that have passed from your purchase date and will be applied towards your new DK system. Additional shipping and duty charges apply.
Below is a chart showing the trade in credit for DK2 and DK2+ systems after a certain amount of weeks. Please contact info@sigmai.co to start your upgrade.

For Example:
- Max purchases his DK2 on May 1st, 2028 for $5000.
- Max decides to upgrade to the DK2+ on August 5th, 2028.
- Max googles, "How many weeks from May 1st to August 5th"
- Google answers, "13 weeks 5 days" or $800 in depreciation.
- Max e-mails Sigma and informs them of the upgrade.
- Sigma emails Max a new DK2+ invoice with a credit of his full original system value less $800 in the depreciation.
- Max pays the invoice and ships the DK2 back to Sigma.

Max receives the DK2+ and switches the firmware from DK2 to DK2+ in the Sigma Software under Settings -> Hardware ID.

Max has motion again with a new warranty period.
