Shipping Policy

At Sigma Integrale, we manufacture our motion systems completely in-house. When we receive your order, our team assembles the motion systems and test them thoroughly before shipping. Unless otherwise noted on the product page, all orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped via the e-mail you provided during checkout.


Fraud Prevention and Shipping Restrictions

For fraud prevention reasons, past shipping history, restrictive tariffs and high duties, Sigma Integrale does not ship our motion systems or any components on our store to the following countries: China, Russia, Turkey and North Korea.

Sigma also does not ship to P.O. Boxes, International Forwarders and/or addresses where the ship to address does not match the payment address.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Please use our built-in merchant service Shopify to select a suitable courier shipping option. Sigma Integrale is located in Pomona, California, and we collect local sales tax from residents in California. Local, in-person pickup from our facility is welcomed. Please call us at 1-877-742-4482 or e-mails us at info@sigmai.co to arrange. Our office/store hours are: Monday to Friday: 8am ~ 5pm, PST

International Shipping Rates and Estimates

Please use our built-in merchant service Shopify to select a suitable courier shipping option. Sigma Integrale is not responsible for any taxes, tariffs or fees imposed by customers' local custom offices. All of prices listed on this website do not include customers' local taxes such as VAT.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

P.O. box

Due to restrictions imposed by shipping couriers, at this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking and assessment fee.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@sigmai.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Warranty

All DK system come with a complete 1 year warranty for the actuators and a 3 year warranty for the motor, cables and controller. During the time of the warranty, Sigma will cover all shipping and handling costs. Post warranty repairs are evaluated and billed on a per case basis, and shipping costs are paid by the client

International shipping uses HTS code of: 9504.50.00.00 for video game consoles and machines, excluding those that are coin-operated or operated by other means of payment.
