Software Roadmap
Current release: 2.2.154.3, August 31st, 2023
Upcoming release target: September 2023
September 6th, 2023: Currently working on VR Motion Compensation without the need of an external sensor, and also more game support.
Upcoming Features | Description |
More Game Support |
DK software currently has 19 game titles supported. Visit the Game Support page for more information. |
VR Motion Compensation | We're developing a fully integrated motion compensation system for VR. Our solution will utilize the DK controller's ability to determine the exact position of each actuator. This will allow the system to determine the exact orientation and position of the chassis and eliminate the need to buy and integrate an external sensor. We are also developing our own VR plugin to OpenXR, instead of using a community-based plugin, to ensure stability. |
Map steering wheel buttons to game functions | Map buttons from steering wheels or joysticks to game functions such as button clicks, tuning sliders, profile loading, etc. Still under development and not yet available, but the current software now has the capability to scan the devices connected to a computer and listen to all axis and button commands. |
Flight Engine Vibration Enhancement | Currently, just one engine is simulated. This feature would allow simulation of aircrafts with dual engine. The left engine would be simulated in the left side of the rig and the right engine would be simulated in the right side of the rig. |

Fixed issue: -Car spawn jerk in iRacing |
1.3.121.2 July 15th, 2022 |
New game supports:F1 22, KartKraft New features: -Automatic servo alarm recovery to minimize interruption to a motion session -Automatic power on when game telemetry starts -Automatic power off when game telemetry stops -Custom UDP ports for DiRT Rally 2.0, F1 2022, F2 22 and KartKraft -Custom UDP ports allows the motion system to share UDP telemetry with other applications -New global intensity slider with more added resolution for each slider Fixed issue: -Fixed iRacing F1 cars missing road vibrations motion layer |
1.3.112 June 10th, 2022 |
New game supports: X-Plane 11, Digital Combat Simulator World (DCS World) New features: -New flight heave algorithm. The previous heave algorithm was optimized for vehicles and the new algorithm was developed and optimized for aircrafts. -Smooth motion transition between game menus and the start of a motion session. Previously, there was rough motion when starting a session. These rough telemetry signals are now filtered during the start of a session. However this filter still allows engine vibrations to come through so the user can still experience the engine starting which causes the speed to go up and settle back down to idle. -Automatic install of game plug-ins which is required for RF2, X-Plane 11 and DCS. Previously, the user would download a file and manually copy it to a specific folder. -Updated UI messages and tool tips for better understanding of the motion layers and the motion system. |
1.3.106 March 25th, 2022 |
New features: -Lower intensity tuning ofengine vibrations. In light-weight rigs, the vibrations are too high in intensity. Also, the vibrations in wooden residential floors can get very intense. This new feature gives a wider range of tuning to suit different types of rigs and environments. -UI improvements -Added DK logo Fixed issue: -Fix keyboard shortcuts |
